Terms of Service

Effective August 25, 2026

PETBC Leadership Center is provided by Paradise Emmanuel Tabernacle Baptist Church for authorized church leadership and ministry administration.

Authorized use

Users must use the service only for legitimate PETBC scheduling, ministry, communication, training, event, reporting, and administrative purposes. Access credentials and private leadership information must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

Administrator responsibility

Authorized administrators are responsible for reviewing assignments, calendar events, messages, bulletins, reports, and external-service actions before approving or distributing them.

Connected services

Optional integrations, including Google Calendar, OneSignal, PosterMyWall, Canva, and Zeffy, are also governed by their providers’ terms. Users may disconnect or stop using an integration at any time.

Availability and changes

The church may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for ministry operations, security, legal compliance, or provider changes. The service is provided on an as-available basis.

Privacy

Use of the service is subject to the PETBC Leadership Center Privacy Policy.
